3. The Construction Process of a Neighbouring Project

This sequence illustrates the benefits gained during construction for a neighbouring project.  By treating multiple projects as one, tradespeople can be shared, materials can be bought from the same suppliers, and tasks can be programmed more efficiently – all contributing to a shorter time on site.

4. Design Options for Neighbouring Homes

This study explores the unlimited potential that can be achieved by teaming up with next door.  We developed a catalogue of coordinated façade and loft conversion options for a row of terraced houses.  The project was commended by RIBA in the Rethink2025 architecture competition.
